Britney Spears Criticizes Beyonce's Performance

One person closely watching the Grammys was Britney Spears. And, it seems the troubled pop star was quite a critic of the show. A friend, who watched with Spears, shared the pop tart’s comments with the Chicago Sun Times.

About Beyonce's widely acclaimed duet with Tina Turner, Britney reportedly quipped, "Too bad she can't dance as good as Tina -- who's old enough to be her grandmother!"

Even though Amy Winehouse looked sober and clean, the former princess of pop reportedly said of Winehouse's much-anticipated performance via satellite from London, "Look at her! Look how stoned she is! She is so obviously stoned!"

The criticism was surprisingly harsh considering Britney’s own embarrassing performance at the Video Music Awards just a few months ago.

KFed Files For Custody Of Sean Preston and Jayden James

Kevin Federline has filed an order to show cause for primary physical custody of his two sons with ex-wife, Britney Spears, according to a source.

The documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday by Federline’s lawyer, according to the source.

Spears and Federline’s divorce was finalized less than two weeks ago. At the time, the couple agreed to split custody 50-50 of Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.

But a source close to Federline told PEOPLE that the would-be-rapper was worried Spears was exposing the boys to “unnecessary risk” and that his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, “hopes to get Kevin primary custody.”

In June, when the couple were wrangling over their divorce settlement, Federline was still resisting signing the papers over growing concerns about Spears’ erratic behavior.

Spears, who spent a stint at Promises rehab center, has been a fixture on the nightclub and party scene. The news of Federline’s request for primary custody comes as photos have surfaced of his ex-wife reportedly topless in a hotel pool.

Calls to Spears’s lawyer were not immediately returned. -people Read More......

US Weekly: Brit Picks Up College Student

Britney picked up 21-year-old Matt Encinias on the set of her latest video where Encinias had been an extra. The night quickly got racy as Britney stripped off her clothes.

“Britney was the first one to undress, and then everyone else followed,” Encinias tells Us. “I turned around and saw that she was topless and she had fake tattoos of flowers on her nipples from the shoot.”

“I was told all she wanted to do that night was kiss a boy,” the 5’10” California native continues. "And that’s what she did. Mission accomplished.”

It was when the alcohol started running low that an inebriated Spears, 25, suggested a game of Truth or Dare. “I was dared to get naked and get out of the pool and walk as though I was on a catwalk in a fashion show,” says Encinias. “Britney was laughing really hard.”

The Battle of The Brits

Last Tuesday Britney Spears arrived at Chateau Marmont and was not happy to learn that the only table available was next to Posh Beckham. A witness said that Brit didn't want to sit with Posh. "But Britney didn't want to sit next to her, so she and her friend stormed off to Il Sole instead."

Britney isn't the only one sick of Posh. Sources say that the Chateau Marmont is also sick of her, because she keeps calling the paparazzi to tell them that she's going there. They apparently love David, but hate her. Isn't that always the case? Read More......

Brit and KFED's Divorce is Final

TMZ has learned that KFed is currently getting $15,000 a month for child support and $20,000 a month for spousal support which will end in November.

Child custody is said to be split 50/50. There were rumors that KFed was going to ask for full custody, but that doesn't seem likely now since he has signed off on this 50/50 agreement. TMZ has reason to believe that even though they agreed to a custody split, neither of them are happy with the arrangement and may go back into court to change it. Read More......
